ABOUT NETWORK NINE NEWS

Wendy Laybourn – Editor

Network Nine News is all about the skills and crafts involved in feature film production – from the time the script is read by the producer right up to the time the film is projected onto the screen in your local cinema.

The ‘News’ started out as a magazine aimed at young people wanting to work in film and television as well as though who work throughout the production process with news, technical & creative information, as well as where and how to look for training.

However, the series of Kindle booklets Have You Got What It Takes To Survive in Feature Film Production (available on Amazon) have superceded the magazine and contain all the information you might need about the individual departments involved in production including job profiles and useful websites.

See a full description of the books, as well as The Art of Illusion: Production Design for Film & Television on the Network Nine Books page.
